DANIEL KENNETH MILZ ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR OAKLAND COUNTY COMMISSIONER 24TH DISTRICT
Madison Heights, MI – March 14, 2008 – The
Friends of Dan Milz campaign committee issued the following press release: Daniel
Kenneth Milz filed for the Oakland County Commissioner seat in the 24th District.
The 24th District consists of all of Madison Heights and a portion of southeastern
Royal Oak and Troy.
Dan is looking to bring a fresh insight to his community and county. Dan and his
family are dealing with the same issues that many others are dealing with. Dan’s
wife Anne works for a Tier 1 supplier to the Big Three and with the economic times
not in the best shape, Dan and his family have to make crucial decisions for the
future. These challenging issues that Dan and his family are faced with are the same
issues that many families in his community are confronted with.
Dan is running for the County Commissioner seat because he feels that he is the
most qualified for the job and will insure that his community has voice in Oakland
County.
"I am running for this seat because change is good. I bring to the table new ideas
and solutions for the issues we are facing in today’s economic woes. I believe I
have what it takes to listen to my community and to be a strong voice in Oakland
County." said Dan K. Milz.
